PERFORMANCE & DATA IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR

Mission Mutual is currently looking for a full-time Performance & Data Improvement Coordinator that will play an important role in enhancing the outcomes of Mission Mutual and its alliance clients through robust data management and performance improvement initiatives. 

The Mission Mutual Performance & Data Improvement Coordinator position requires an organized, relational and analytical person that is able to provide leadership to an organizational performance and data improvement strategy including evaluation, planning, execution and ongoing refinements.. This person will also be experienced in the implementation and delivery of relevant, innovative and high-quality data services.

This position deals with a wide range of responsibilities. These include:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to understand their unique goals and strategies; work toward maximizing their impact.
• Ability to articulate insights in a clear and compelling manner; Design effective reports, presentations and dashboards that visualize alliance performance data and progress.
• Facilitate awareness and understanding that data collection and interpretation is essential to healthy alliance development and sustainability.
• Embrace continuous learning and adaptation, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices and innovative performance improvement methodologies.

The Performance & Data Improvement Coordinator is expected to model humility and a posture of learning, both among partners and within Mission Mutual.
