She earned her marketing expertise at Texas Tech University and further expanded her skills through previous positions at Dickerson Bakker & Associates and Seed Company. This background equips her with a unique blend of strategic thinking and collaborative leadership. Her enthusiasm for fostering collaborative relationships, coupled with her expertise in Collective Impact Strategy, Organizational Management, Business Development, and extensive experience in event planning and execution, positions her as a driving force in helping organizations achieve more together.

Mindy is deeply committed to making a difference, bringing warmth, compassion, and a genuine desire to see organizations thrive. When she’s not leading at Mission Mutual, you can find her spending time with her husband Robert, their three children, and their grandchild in their hometown of Mansfield, Texas.
